5. You must not have been previously excluded from, or have had an Account suspended or terminated by, x222 for a material breach of these Terms or any applicable policy.
6. You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.

Account Registration & Verification

When registering an Account, you are required to provide accurate, current and complete information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and phone number. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes.

One Account Policy: Each individual is permitted to hold a single Account on x222 at any one time. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. Duplicate accounts will be closed without notice and any balances associated with secondary accounts may be voided in their entirety.

KYC Verification: In order to process withdrawals and comply with applicable regulations, x222 requires users to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. This process typically requires you to submit:

General conditions applicable to all Promotional Offers unless otherwise stated:

• Only one promotional offer may be claimed per person, household, IP address or device, unless explicitly stated otherwise;
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before bonus-derived funds may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are calculated on the bonus amount unless otherwise specified;
• Promotional offers carry an expiry period, after which any unclaimed or unmet bonus and associated winnings will be forfeited;

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on x222. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension or termination, forfeiture of Account balances and, where appropriate, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading or incomplete information during registration or KYC;
• Accessing or attempting to access another user's Account without authorisation;
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, arbitrage betting or any form of coordinated exploitation of Platform systems or offers;
• Use of automated tools, bots, macros or exploits of any kind to interact with the Platform;
• Depositing funds that are derived from criminal activity or money laundering;
• Sharing Account credentials with third parties or permitting third parties to use your Account;
• Using the Platform in a manner that violates applicable law in your jurisdiction;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile or interfere with the Platform's technical infrastructure.

Intellectual Property

All content published on the x222 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, software, game interfaces, data compilations and audiovisual content, is the property of x222 or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any Platform content without the prior written consent of x222.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, x222, its directors, officers, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform, including without limitation loss of profits, loss of data, service interruptions, or gaming losses.

x222 does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access to the Platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, technical failures, third-party service disruptions and circumstances beyond x222's reasonable control may result in periods of unavailability. x222 accepts no liability for losses attributable to such interruptions.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. x222 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the fitness of the Platform for any particular purpose, the accuracy of odds or game outcome information, or the results achievable through use of the Platform.

Responsible Gambling

x222 is committed to promoting responsible gambling as a fundamental platform principle. The Platform provides the following tools to help users maintain control over their gaming activity:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit into your Account;

Where an Account is closed due to a material breach by the user, x222 reserves the right to withhold any outstanding bonus funds and winnings derived therefrom. Real-money deposits will be returned in accordance with applicable regulations and the findings of any internal investigation, net of any funds that x222 is lawfully entitled to retain.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be construed and governed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which x222 is licensed to operate. The application of these Terms to users based in Pakistan does not constitute a representation that such use is lawful under Pakistani law. Users in Pakistan are solely responsible for ensuring their compliance with all applicable local laws, including the Prevention of Gambling Act 1977 and any provincial gambling regulations in force.

Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the applicable license jurisdiction, except where prohibited by mandatory local consumer protection laws.

Amendments

x222 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Amendments will be published on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Where changes are material, x222 will endeavour to provide advance notice through the Platform or via registered email. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any updates. If you do not agree with any amended terms, you should discontinue your use of the Platform and close your Account in accordance with Section 12.
